For VISA/MC/Discover Cards: The card verification (CVV2/CVC2) number is a 3-digit number that appears on the BACK of the credit card on the signature panel. It is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the signature panel.

Free Shipping: Terms and Conditions

This offer is only valid on items that are marked "Free Shipping." "Free Shipping" items are labeled on the applicable product page. All items eligible for "Free Shipping" will be marked and items not marked are not eligible. "Free Shipping" only applies to orders shipped via UPS/USPS Priority Air within the United States. APO/FPO addresses are excluded from "Free Shipping." This offer does not apply to Second Day or Next Day shipping. Overweight and oversized items are not eligible for "Free Shipping." Customer is  responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise. The "Free Shipping" offer can be modified terminated at any time without notice.

 

Shipping and Handling Rates:

We ship as quickly as possible and always reasonably priced. Actual shipping time is contingent upon the availability of the merchandise, order day and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of any delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or fax.

 

Your order will be sent either by UPS or USPS Priority Mail, unless you specify otherwise. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. International Orders:  Duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Minimum shipping charge: $5.80

International Shipping Information:

For Overseas Orders:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master, Diners Club and Discover. We also accept certified checks, money orders, travelers checks all in USA dollars.  For bank transfers call our customer service for bank details. 

 

Shipping Overseas: The shipping and billing address "MUST" be the same as the billing statement address.  We will not ship to an alternate address. (This is for your protection from mail order fraud.) We can ship your order via UPS, USPS Priority Air, USPS Global Air or Express Mail, or International Federal Express, depending on the weight, value and destination of your merchandise. Sorry, but we are not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, customs or taxes, which you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. We recommend shipping all international orders via FEDEX Economy or USPS Global  Express Mail, and not air parcel post, as they cannot be easily tracked. Your order can also be shipped via your own carrier, if desired. 

Please be aware that your order may be in your local customs office and they may or may not contact you upon its arrival or prior to delivery. Upon arrival in the destination country and upon clearing customs, your item may be awaiting transfer to the delivery agent for delivery to you. The amount of time varies and depends upon the agent.  In some instances, you maybe required to pick-up your order directly from the post office or customs office. All undeliverable international orders will be returned to us. Prior to shipping your order we will provide you with an estimated delivery date via e-mail, as supplied to us by the shipper. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or orders that maybe held in customs. Consult your local government import or customs office with any questions and for further information. Shipping, Handling and Insurance costs are in addition to the item purchase price.
